Store Policies
The Scrapaholics Store offers the following Return and Shipping Policies:
Returns:
Orders can be returned up to 10 days from the time the order was shipped for unused merchandise. Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement or refund within 10 days from the time of the purchase. Return shipping costs will be refunded if you provide a receipt of your postal fees. Damages & Shortages:
Damages and Shortages must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order otherwise it is processed as a non-defective return. Packages must stay in the original condition which they were received until the carrier can process the damaged claim. Shipping Information:
All in stock items will ship within 48 hours of payment receipt. All backordered or Pre-sale items will ship within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping is free within the Continental United States with an order of $25.00 or more. Orders less than $25.00 will incur a shipping fee. It is our policy to ship the merchandise at the most economical way possible unless requested to do otherwise by the customer. International shipping is available via Global Piority Mail. For a shipping quote, please email customer service. International buyers need to be aware of the custom regulations in their country. The Scrapaholics Store is not responsible for any custom fees that may be applied once the item reaches your country.
